In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 12.01.2015 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in Special Case No. 111 of 2011 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2007 by which the application filed on behalf of the petitioners under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18473 of 2015 (3) dt.24-06-2015 2 / 2 Sections 227 and 228 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for discharge has been rejected.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the final stage of argument.

Leave is granted.
