The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 47(A)91)(E)(F), 51, 52 and 54 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is contended that as per allegation, 204 litres of foreign liquor were recovered from the Magic van which is said to be owned by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 01.05.2017.
