2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 354B, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the allegation made in the F.I.R., the accused persons therein assaulted the informant and his family members including his wife and snatched Rs.5000/- and also outraged the modesty of the wife of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioners have been implicated in a false case. The injury sustained by the victims are simple in nature. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus. Petitioners have clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.
6. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners and the fact that the injury sustained by the victims is simple in nature and the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U T
