Petitioners by filing this petition seek extension of period of surrender of the petitioners except petitioner no.3 in the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners except petitioner no.3 (Md. Soaib) were granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59002 of 2019(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.04.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.22178 of 2019 but on account of his fault, the petitioners could not be informed and, therefore, the petitioners could not surrender in the court below in time. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender of the petitioners except petitioner no.3 is extended for further four weeks from today.
