2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and the directing Respondent authorities to mutate the land in question in the name of the petitioner by creating new Jamabandi and grant receipt.

(ii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within time framed.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a fresh representation shall be preferred before the respondent no. 5, the Circle Officer, Koilwar, Bhojpur.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if such representation is preferred, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to prefer the fresh representation in next four weeks and the concerned respondent, the Circle Officer, Koilwar shall be taking up the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest and in all likelihood, by 31st January, 2026.
