JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP.

Petitioner along with co-accused, Baiju Jha having been duly armed intruded inside the house of informant and at the point of pistol snatched away her ear rings. When the miscreants indulged in getting other items identified, informant gave a slip and closed the door from outside, raised alarm and attracted the police personnel. Police came, went inside and apprehended both of them. Further, on search from the possession of petitioner a loaded fire-arm was recovered while from the possession of Baiju Jha, apart from cartridges, the looted ear rings of the informant were also recovered.

It happens to be the submission at the end of the petitioner that prosecution version is improbable. The seizure list

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28992 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 witnesses happen to be informant as well as FIR attesting witness. Also submitted that considering the period of detention since 16.01.2017, petitioner be released.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the activity of the petitioner, prayer for bail is rejected.
