2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Katihar (Mufassil) P.S.Case No.113 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 147, 323 and 307 of the IPC.
3. As per written report altogether seven FIR named accused lifted the son of the informant from the vehicle, assaulted and threw him in a canal. The occurrence took place on 14.05.2017, however, the case was lodged on following day at 7 P.M. This petitioner is one of them having omnibus allegation. The informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. The injury report annexed as Annexure-2 shows that the victim had sustained simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29970 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed. The petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Katihar (Mufassil) P.S.Case No.113 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Katihar subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
