====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-08-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of this case the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of both the parties.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that a direction may be given to Respondent No. 5 to consider the representation made by the petitioner Annexure P/2 by fixing a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited states that the representation given by the petitioner may not be

Patna High Court CWJC No.13948 of 2024(3) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 available in the office of the Respondent No. 5 and the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a suitable representation ventilating his grievance to Respondent No. 5 within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the said representation, the Respondent No. 5 shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereof. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
