The petitioner seeks bail in Piprahi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons in drunken condition and from the possession of the petitioner five liters of toddy was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 26.05.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I cum-Special Judge 1st, Sheohar in Piprahi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017.
