JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Although petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail but in my view, grant of anticipatory bail shall hamper the investigation because the prosecution will not get chance to put the petitioner on test identification.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition in connection with Jadiya P.S.Case No. 33 of 2019, pending in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59176 of 2019(5) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Supaul stands rejected.
