JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 03-07-2015 In the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that there are certain typographical errors in the order dated 21.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32771 of 2012. Having heard the parties, I find that in the said order in the 2nd line of para-2, the date given as '17.01.2012' has wrongly been typed in place of '27.01.2012'. Further in the same line the words 'learned Sessions' have been wrongly typed in place of 'learned Additional Sessions'. Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for modification of the aforesaid typographical errors in the present application. On the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the prayer is allowed. In second paragraph of the order no.2 dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20880 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 2 / 2 21.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32771 of 2012, the date '17.01.2012' be read as '27.01.2012' and the 'learned Sessions' be read as 'learned Additional Sessions'.

With these modifications, the application is disposed of.
