JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 337, 338, 307, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that S.S.B. got information that some persons are crossing the boarder when raid was laid and 25 kg beef were seized being carried on motorcycle when protestors raised slogan and assaulted the S.S.B. constables when S.S.B. constables resorted to fire in air.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is not specific against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Sitamarhi. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
