The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 332, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant being the Police Officer, on information that one person died in a road accident, went to the place of occurrence, when mob tried to assault the informant and obstructed him in performing the official duty.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is against mob. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16555 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 criminal antecedent and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 8256 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Rahul Kishore, J.M., Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
