The dispute can be decided by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "LARRA").

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition and file an appropriate application before the concerned ("LARRA").

Permission is granted.

In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to file an application before the concerned "LARRA" within six weeks from today and, thereafter, the matter shall be heard on its merit after condoning the delay and shall be disposed by the concerned "LARRA" by passing a speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties.

Patna High Court CWJC No.757 of 2018(6) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 Applicability of Right to Act, 2013 shall also be decided by the "LARRA" concerned.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
