====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is with regard to getting appointment on the basis of interpolated matric certificate wherein though she had got 2nd division, but it has been mentioned that she has been awarded 1st Division. On the basis of such allegation, the Child Development Project Officer had lodged a complaint vide letter dated 12.06.2014, which has culminated into with the present F.I.R., in which the petitioner seeks bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.30460 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 petitioner has not committed any forgery, she is matric pass, her services have already been terminated and as such she has suffered consequences, she is in jail custody since17.04.2017 and has no criminal antecedent. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has children to look after, the youngest being two years old.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
According, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014.
