The petitioner seeks bail in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have stolen the purse containing Rs. 25,000/- and Mangalsutra of the informant and passed the same to other person when he was caught on chase. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29342 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 languishing in custody since 26.04.2017. From the perusal of the order dated 29.05.2017 of the learned lower court, it appears that the court below has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner giving liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Hence, the petitioner is directed to renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below after framing of charge. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
