This application has been filed by the petitioner for certain modification, in the cause title and para 2 of the order dated 29.4.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.24743 of 2018. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the cause title of the aforestated order dated 29.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.24743 of 2018 instead of 'S.H.O. Kuchaikote' it should have been typed as 'S.H.O. Vijayeepur' and in para 2 of

Patna High Court MJC No.3610 of 2019(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 the order at the 4th line instead of the word 'Kuchaikote' the word 'Vijayeepur' should have been typed.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer for modification in the order dated 29.4.2019. We have verified from the record and we find that due to inadvertence the word 'Kuchaikote' has been typed instead of 'Vijayeepur' in the 4th line of second para of the order dated 29.4.2019. We also find substance in the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that in the cause title the respondent no.4 should have been 'S.H.O.Vijayeepur' instead of 'S.H.O.Kuchaikote'.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 29.4.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.24743 of 2018 is modified to the extent that in the cause title, the respondent no.4 be read as 'S.H.O. Vijayeepur, District-Gopalganj' instead of 'S.H.O. Kuchaikote District-Gopalganj' and in the 4th line of the para 2 the word 'Kuchaikote' be read as 'Vijayeepur'.

The modification application is disposed of.
