2. This M.J.C. application has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the contemnor for their wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 26.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17885 of 2024 by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order of this Court dated 26.11.2024 has already been complied with vide order dated 30.04.2026.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to take appropriate steps, if not satisfied with the order dated 30.04.2026.
