2. The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to mutate the land in question in the name of the petitioner by creating Jamabandi and grant receipt.

(ii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by

Patna High Court CWJC No.15624 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 reasoned and speaking order within time frame."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petition before the Respondent No. 5, the Circle Officer, Koilwar is pending since 24.10.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that it shall be taken to its logical conclusion, if not concluded.

5. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 5, the Circle Officer, Koilwar to dispose of the petition (Annexure-7), if still not disposed, as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is needless to observe that the petitioner and the Respondent No. 6 shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

6. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
