JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No. 265 of 2019, arising out of Chandal (Excise) Sheikhpura P. S. Case No. 79 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per F.I.R. there is recovery of 15 liters of foreign liquor in front of house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that recovery is from the drainage and he has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for
