====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members by means of lathi and rod.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Doctor has found simple injury. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.62021 of 2022(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Madhepura in connection with Gamhariya P. S. Case No. 31 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
