The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/467/468/471/472/504/506/34/120A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant paid Rs.40,70,000/- in installments for execution of a sale deed with regard to a piece of land. The agreement was entered into between the informant, Shashi Bhushan Singh and Malti Devi. It is alleged against the petitioners that whenever the informant told to execute the sale deed then Malti Devi, Shashi Bhushan and the accused persons being the cousin of Shashi Bhushan threatened the informant.

No.20220 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation is against Malti Devi and Shashi Bhushan and statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ara in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.97 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
