Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 262 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 13 liters of country made liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.8.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62862 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions, Sheikhpura, in connection with Excise Case No. 262 of 2019.
