2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 304 (B), 201 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code .

After sometime of marriage , when victim (deceased) went to her matrimonial house, she was subjected to torture and cruelty by these petitioners and other in-laws family members due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and lastly, victim was killed.
4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law of deceased. They are simply victims of over implications. They are separate in mess and property. Allegation is general and omnibus against these petitioners and they have no concern with affairs of the couple . Thrust of accusation is against husband of deceased who is in custody since 18.04.2024 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Benipur in connection with Biroul P . S. Case No. 85 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under
