Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Yogapatty P.S. Case No. 110/2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons, including the petitioners came to the Darwaja of the informant and they

The allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he assaulted on her head and petitioner no. 3 assaulted sister-in-law of the informant with iron rod on her head. The accused persons also assaulted Nandlal Ram, brother-in-law (debar) of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. The members of prosecution side have badly assaulted the members of defense side and in this respect, a case has been registered bearing Yogapatty P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020 in the same police station. She has also submitted that injuries are simple in nature. The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that though injuries are simple in nature, but they are on the vital part of the informant.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let them, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatty P.S. Case No.110/2020, subject to condition as laid down under section

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
