The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/409/467/468/471/419/420/308 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.
Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is initially not named in the First Information Report, subsequently, on the statement made by the co-accused, the petitioner's name has surfaced. It is submitted that the petitioner is staff/employee of the transporter who is also alleged to be involved in the occurrence.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16598 of 2016 (3) dt.12-05-2016 P2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioner being mere an employee and also having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 11/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
