2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 342 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 354, 354B, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.06.2023. He further submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67920 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-VII, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 342 of 2023.
