2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 151/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(A)(B)(C)/201of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with the ten years old victim. He is in jail since 15.05.2024.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the medical report does not support the prosecution case.

5. From the impugned order, it appears that the victim girl has supported the prosecution case in her statement

6. In view of the above, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after the deposition of the victim girl is recorded.
