The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with sickle. Four injuries are found on different parts of the body of the informant. The injuries are found to be simple in nature.

It is submitted that the petitioner and the informant are working in the same company. The petitioner is in jail since 10.3.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that on account of assault by the petitioner simple injuries are caused to the informant, the above named petitioner is directed to be

No.20741 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
