I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Digha P.S.Case No. 337 of 2014, pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna is again rejected on the ground mentioned in my previous order dated 14.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23160 of 2015.
