JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant was cheated huge amount on the pretext of contest namely "Chehra Pahchano Inam Pao". It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner facilitated the informant in opening the account. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against Vivek Kumar and others. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused in two other cases of similar nature, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17319 of 2016 (3) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 237 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Sheikhpura.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
