JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 56193 of 2018 on the ground that petitioner and other accused persons were directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six months. However, this petitioner could not surrender.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, as stated above, I am not satisfied with the grounds taken by the petitioner. As such, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. However, the petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on the basis of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61281 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 materials available on the record as well as the fact that earlier he was directed to surrender, but he could not appear due to some inadvertence, and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
