The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/ 323 / 354/366-A/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution, it is a case of abduction of the victim, who is daughter of the informant. Victim girl statement had been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Victim recovered and not whispered about the complicity of this petitioner. She due to bad behaviour of her parents left her house in furious condition. From perusal of the F.I.R., it is alleged that allegation alleged by the informant on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is in custody

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 298 of 2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Mohania, DistrictKaimur at Bhabua.
