The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant's motorcycle and laptop were stolen from the premises of Primary Health Centre, Gourabarum. Subsequently, the motorcycle was recovered from the house of co-accused Md. Kalimullah @ Kalim, who suggested that he purchased the same from co-accused Md. Haroon and co-accused Md. Haroon suggested that this petitioner had given to him the alleged motorcycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22419 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 that no recovery has been made from the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biroul at Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.2 of 2015 (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
