JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 In compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 26.7.2022, the Respondent-Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation, Patna has now fully complied with the award dated 3.9.1997, passed by the learned court of 9th Motor Vehicles Claims Tribunal Judge, Patna in Claim Case No. 95 of 1992, by paying the balance sum of Rs. 9,06,682/-, which also includes the interest portion along with the outstanding principal amount.
The cheque for the aforesaid amount has already been handed over to the learned counsel
Patna High Court CWJC No.1488 of 2018(7) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 for the petitioner, who has received the same and has submitted that now, the petitioner is not aggrieved, hence, he does not wish to press the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
