The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1188 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 187 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1188 of 2019).
