Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of one country made pistol, five live cartridges and eight empty cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
