JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Referring to the First Information Report, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that land dispute between the parties is apparent reason for institution of the present case. He has submitted that injuries upon the informant have been found to be simple in nature. He has further submitted that on the basis of the First Information Report, no allegation is made out against the petitioners showing intention to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20948 of 2015 (3) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 kill them. It has been stated in the application that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
