JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-01-2016 In the present application under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the court below to amalgamate several complaint cases filed against the petitioner as all the cases have been filed for the same offence on baseless ground.
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.486 of 2015 dt.29-01-2016 2 / 2 In my view, a writ application is not the appropriate remedy for relief sought for in the present application. The petitioner must resort to the statutory remedy available under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to agitate his grievance in the court below.
