The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act and 16,17,18,19,20, 21, 22 of the U.A.P. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one co-accused Sanjay Hembram confessed his guilt disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the present case.

It appears that except the aforesaid so called confessional statement there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with U.A.P. Case No. 94 of 2015 arising out of Jhajha P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015.
