This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Goroul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 265 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct and specific allegation against him of demand of dowry and torture of the deceased, Considering the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
