1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 827 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested when he was planning to commit robbery/dacoity.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66853 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 827 of 2023.
