1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioners in the instant application have prayed for direction for the respondent nos. 7 & 8 i.e. Mukhiya and Secretary of Gram Panchayat, Rajandipur, Block Sabour, District- Bhagalpur for complying with the directions, contained in Memo no. 894 dated 4.5.2012 of the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur in Appeal Case

Patna High Court CWJC No.21808 of 2013(4) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 no.29 of 2011.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents referring to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Secretary Gram Panchayat (respondent no.8) submits that the aforesaid order dated 4.5.2012, non-compliance of which is complained of by the petitioner has been reviewed and set at naught by order contained in Memo no. 140 dated 27.9.2013 passed in Appeal Case no. 9 of 2013 by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur (Kumari Priyanka Bharti & Ors. Versus Digambar Prasad & Ors.) and a copy of the said order has been brought on record as Annexure-D to the counter affidavit.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the respondents together with the contents of the counter affidavit and especially the order dated 27.9.2013 (Annexure-D), in the opinion of the Court, nothing remains in the instant writ application and the same is dismissed.
