JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the brother and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after six years of the marriage. It is also alleged that the husband of the victim has illicit relationship with petitioner no.1. The father of the informant earlier filed informatory petition levelling accusation of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. The petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim, certificates to that effect

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21954 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 issued by Up-Mukhiya and Sanpanch have been brought on record as Annexure-2.

Considering the thrust of accusation particularly demand of dowry against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran, Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.
