Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents with reference to counter affidavit of respondent no.7, particularly, para 5, has submitted that the grievance of the petitioners have already been redressed. Para 5 of the counter affidavit is quoted herein below:

"5. That according to the resolution of Education Department, Govt.

of Bihar contained in memo no.7/Be-14/2007-12 dated 05-01-2015, the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and matric trained scale has been given to him with effect from 05-09-1999 to 3009-2003 notionally and financial benefit will be effected from 01-10-2003."

3. In view of the above, there is no point to keep the matter pending. However, if the petitioners are still aggrieved, liberty shall be available to them to approach the appropriate forum for

4. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed.
