Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P. S. case no. 89/2015 registered under sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he took Rs 3, 50,000/- as advance to sell a house in favour of the informant and also executed an agreement for sale but before expiry of time of agreement for sale, he sold the house in question to other person. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that fact of the present case, prima facie, constitutes a civil dispute, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on
