The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 4/14 of POSCO Act was added.

The informant suspected that Amit Kumar and his maternal grand father Bhola Yadav kidnapped his minor daughter. The petitioner happens to be the maternal uncle of Amit Kumar. The victim made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. and she denied the factum of her kidnapping.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions
