This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 5337 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and for the same offence for the same period, another criminal case was also filed by the complainant in which the petitioner was taken into custody and granted regular bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
