Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent No. 2, the Civil SurgeonCum Chief Medical Officer, Bhagalpur, in support of her claim for regularisation. It is submitted that the petitioner has been working as Sweeper since 1990 in the office of respondent No. 2 on daily wage basis.

Without going into the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail of the departmental remedy.
