After some argument Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach the Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supply Department, Government of Bihar to seek relief under Clause 32(VII) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.
